The Choice Fund is an abortion fund managed by Women's Health Center to help West Virginians, Marylanders, and those traveling to Women's Health Center of Maryland pay for the abortion care they need.
The cost of an abortion can be an unexpected expense that many people are not prepared for. We firmly believe that people should have the freedom to choose if, when, and how they start their families, no matter what.

How does the Choice Fund help our patients?
In 2021, Women’s Health Center of West Virginia provided abortion care to over 1,300 patients.
1 in 4 patients seeking abortion care at our clinic need help paying for the cost of their procedure.
In 2022, the Choice Fund helped nearly 200 patients pay for their abortion care.
